The 26th COTA International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP 2026) will be held on July 13-16, 2026, in Jinan, China, jointly organized by Chinese Overseas Transportation Association (COTA) and ShanDong JiaoTong University (SDJTU). As the hosts and organizers of CICTP 2026, COTA and SDJTU are pleased to invite submissions of innovative research and practice from both researchers and practitioners. Established in 1996, Chinese Overseas Transportation Association (COTA, formerly NACOTA) is a non-profit professional organization that aims at promoting and facilitating communications among transportation professionals worldwide and their counterparts in China. COTA has more than 1000 members and friends worldwide and the number is growing. Shandong Jiaotong University

Shandong Jiaotong University is a full-time regular undergraduate institution with a distinct educational focus on cultivating comprehensive transportation professionals. It is a designated construction unit for the distinguished undergraduate education program in Shandong Province and a co-constructed university by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Transport. Over its 69 years of development, the university has gradually evolved into an institution with engineering as its primary discipline, supported by management and science. It is known for its distinctive educational approach of cultivating senior applied professionals in transportation with patriotic spirit, international vision, and innovative and pragmatic qualities. To date, the university has trained over 330,000 graduates for the country and provided various managerial personnel and engineering technicians for the transportation industry.
