To Relevant Organizations and Universities:
To promote academic exchange and cooperation in the global transportation field and to advance the deep integration of artificial intelligence with comprehensive transportation systems, the Chinese Overseas Transportation Association (COTA) and Shandong JiaoTong University have scheduled the 2026 COIAs International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP 2026) to be held from July 13 to 16, 2026, in Jinan, China. The relevant details of the conference are notified as follows:
I. Conference Content
Themed "Autonomous, Collaborative, and Sustainable: AI-Driven Comprehensive Transportation Systems," the conference will center around cutting-edge theories and technological innovations in the field of transportation engineering, focusing on exchanges and discussions regarding the following topics:

II. Intended Participants
Experts, scholars, researchers, engineering and technical personnel, university faculty, and graduate students from both domestic and international institutions in the fields of transportation engineering and related disciplines.

IV. Registration Methods and Fees
1. Conference Registration Fees
Participants are required to pay a conference registration fee according to the following standards:
· Attendance Only (No paper submission, no presentation): 1,800 RMB / person
· Conference Presenters (Papers not included/published in proceedings): 2,800 RMB / person
· Paper Publication (Includes paper page charges): 4,500 RMB / paper

2. Payment Deadlines
· Paper Publication Category: January 8, 2026
· Conference Presenter Category: May 15, 2026
· Attendance Only Category: July 14, 2026 (On-site registration is accepted)
Participants are requested to complete their registration and make timely payments via the CICTP 2026 conference registration system.
3. Refund Policy
For individuals who have paid but are unable to attend the conference, please provide a written explanation to the conference organizing committee at least 3 working days prior to the conference to process the refund.
V. Other Matters
1. Attendance Arrangement
Meals and accommodation will be arranged collectively during the conference, but accommodation expenses must be covered by the participants. No station/airport shuttle service will be provided; participants should make their own way to the registration location.
