Scope
The 26th COTA International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP 2026) will be held on July 13-16, 2026, in Jinan, China, jointly organized by the Chinese Overseas Transportation Association (COTA) and Shandong Jiaotong University (SDJTU). As the hosts and organizers of CICTP 2026, COTA and SDJTU are pleased to invite submissions of innovative research and practice from both researchers and practitioners. As a world-class conference, the CICTP 2026 will focus on Autonomous, Collaborative, and Sustainable: AI-Driven Integrated Transportation. The CICTP 2026 conference will feature a rich program of technical sessions, plenary sessions, panel discussions, and special forums, including the World Bank Forum, the Dean's Forum, the COTA Career Development Forum for Young Scholars and Students, etc.

Abstract Submission
The online abstract submission opens at the CICTP 2026 conference website (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CICTP2026). The abstract, no more than 300 words, must be written in English and should include the paper title, names of authors and the affiliations, as well as no more than five keywords.
Best Student Paper Award
The best-paper awards will be granted to authors of meritorious paper judged by an award committee constituted by world-renowned experts. Professional awards will also be presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of transportation systems in China during the conference.
Proceedings and Publication
The CICTP 2026 proceedings will be published and also submitted for EI Compendex by ASCE. Selected papers may be invited to submit to high-profile journals.
